Throughout her career, she has led people operations in high growth and multinational environments, supporting leadership teams through complex workforce decisions, regulatory challenges, and organizational scaling. Her professional background includes senior roles at companies such as LinkedIn, Accenture, and Fortis Games, where she helped design and implement HR structures across different stages of maturity and multiple jurisdictions.

Vania’s work is grounded in hands on operational experience. She has built onboarding architectures, governance frameworks, and people operations systems designed to support growth while maintaining legal integrity and organizational clarity.
